Dialogue leading to solutions: the second day of citizens’ reception

Today the second day of the personal reception dedicated to the consideration of citizens’ appeals was held in Tashkent City. The Hokim of Tashkent City held face-to-face dialogue with citizens who had requested a reception with the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Head of the Presidential Administration.

💬During the reception, appeals from nearly 100 citizens were reviewed. They covered issues related to the treatment of citizens and their children, provision of housing, allocation of subsidies and provision of social assistance.

▫️Behind every appeal there is a specific life situation connected with a person’s health, family well-being and the future of their loved ones. For this reason, each issue was examined individually, taking into account the citizen’s condition, needs and available opportunities.

✔️75 % of the appeals reviewed today found a practical solution already during the reception. At the same time, work on the results of the first day also continued: in addition to the issues resolved yesterday, another 10 appeals that required detailed study were positively resolved today.

🤔Clear tasks were assigned to the responsible officials and deadlines for implementation were set regarding issues that require additional study and inter-agency cooperation. The consideration of all appeals and their delivery to a final solution have been placed under control.

💬Directly listening to citizens, finding practical solutions to their problems and providing the necessary assistance in a timely manner is an important principle of the policy of ensuring human interests established by the head of our state, Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
